Built for Perth sandImported soil and proper prep under every lawn. Sand alone holds nothing.
One point of contactWe manage every trade on your job. No chasing six different blokes.

Where are you starting from?

Two very different jobs.

What your yard needs depends almost entirely on whether you're starting with bare developer sand or pulling out something that's been there twenty years. Pick the one that sounds like you.

New build

New house in a new estate

Bare sand, string lines and not much else. The front might be done by the developer, the back almost certainly isn't.

  • Levels and drainage sorted before anything green goes in
  • Full reticulation, mainline through to controller
  • Turf and garden beds with proper imported soil underneath
  • Walls, paving and fencing coordinated if you need them

Established home

Older house in an established area

Tired lawn, retic that's seen better days, and beds that have gone their own way. Usually a renovation rather than a blank slate.

  • Old lawn, stumps and rubble cleared out first
  • Existing retic tested, repaired or replaced
  • Soil improved rather than started from scratch
  • Staged in phases if you'd rather spread the cost

What we do

Landscaping across Perth metro.

Retic, lawns and gardens are our own crew. Everything else on the job we manage for you.

Reticulation

New systems, repairs and servicing. Toro pop-ups to lawn, drip or micro spray to beds, and your controller set to the watering roster before we leave.

Lawn laying

Buffalo, Wintergreen couch or kikuyu, laid over soil that's been properly prepped first. That prep is what decides whether it survives its first summer.

Questions

The things people ask.

How much does landscaping cost in Perth?
It depends far more on your starting point than on the size of the yard. A new estate block needs levels, drainage and a full retic system before anything green goes in. An established backyard usually needs clearing and existing retic sorted first. We quote every job on site and give you one fixed written number, so you know exactly what you're paying before we start.
Do I need a watering exemption for a new lawn?
Yes. Perth runs a two-day sprinkler roster, and new turf needs water more often than that while it establishes. There's no automatic exemption — it's applied for through Water Corporation, not your council. We walk you through the application and program your controller before we leave.
Which turf is best for Perth?
Buffalo handles shade and heavy use, so it's the usual pick where there are kids or dogs. Wintergreen couch gives the finest, most manicured look but wants full sun. Kikuyu is the toughest and quickest to establish, though it runs into garden beds without good edging. All three are included in our package at the same price.
My block is bare sand from the developer. Can you still do it?
That's a big part of what we do. Estate blocks come as bare sand and need levels, drainage and retic sorted before anything green goes in. The package price assumes the developer has finished the front so there's a mainline to connect to, and that a retic controller is on the wall. If not, we'll quote those separately along with the cut-in valve and power point.
Do you do paving, walls and decking too?
We do the soft landscaping ourselves — retic, turf and planting. Paving, limestone walls, decking, fencing, drainage and lighting are delivered by licensed trades we've worked with for years, managed and quoted through us. One job, one point of contact, and the running order is right so nothing gets dug up twice.
How long does a backyard take?
A standard 50m² soft landscape package is usually a few days on site once materials are lined up. A full outdoor project with walls, paving and drainage runs longer and gets scheduled in stages. We'll give you a program with the quote so you know what's happening when.
